Can I message contractors on RebidCo?
Yes. Create an account using the same email as your project request. After an approved contractor purchases access, you can exchange private project messages and preliminary offers. You can also communicate by phone or email. RebidCo administrators may review platform messages for support and safety.
Do I need to upload my estimate?
Yes. Attach your existing contractor estimate so RebidCo can review the scope and quoted amount. Estimate files remain private and are not included in contractor previews.
What happens after I submit?
Verify your phone and submit your project with the existing estimate. RebidCo reviews the request, then invites suitable contractors. Up to three approved contractor businesses can purchase access to connect with you.
Who pays for RebidCo?
Homeowners submit requests free. Contractors choose whether to purchase project access at 0.5% of the original estimate, minimum $95 per business. Up to three approved contractor businesses can purchase access. The fee buys a connection, not a guaranteed job.
Are lower prices guaranteed?
No. Offers depend on scope, materials, timing, location, and contractor availability. A lower price may cover different work. Compare the complete offer before deciding.
What does qualified mean?
Contractors must be approved by RebidCo after applicable licensing and insurance checks. These checks do not guarantee workmanship or future coverage. Independently verify credentials before hiring. See our Terms of Use for details.
Am I committed to hiring someone?
No. You choose whether to contact or hire a contractor. Discuss scope, materials, exclusions, schedule, payments, and warranties, then get a written agreement directly with the contractor.
