Terms of Use

Effective October 26, 2026.

Operator and agreement

RebidCo LLC operates rebidco.com and its optional home-screen web app. Contact: contact@rebidco.com. By submitting the form, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not submit. Browsing alone does not waive legal rights.

The RebidCo service

RebidCo receives remodeling requests, quoted amounts, project descriptions, and concerns, reviews inquiries, and may introduce qualified contractors where available. The initial request form does not require an account or document upload. After successful homeowner payment, RebidCo creates or links an account using the project email address and emails secure setup or sign-in instructions. Choosing a password is not required before payment. Verify your email before accessing private project information through the account. Contractors need verified accounts and RebidCo approval to review eligible project briefs and purchase access. Communications and preliminary offers can be exchanged through the platform or directly after access is granted. The website does not book construction, accept construction payments, provide escrow, or execute construction contracts.

Submitting does not hire anyone, reserve availability, authorize work, or guarantee a response or introduction. RebidCo does not perform or supervise construction, inspect property, prepare professional plans, or provide legal, engineering, architectural, or financial advice through this website.

Eligibility and submissions

You must be at least 18 and authorized to request services for the property and share the project information. Provide accurate information and contact details you control. Do not impersonate others or submit fraudulent projects. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information, confidential third-party material, account credentials, or financial account details in your description. The form does not accept documents.

You retain ownership of your materials. You grant RebidCo limited permission to receive, store, reproduce as needed, and review them to handle your inquiry, communicate, and maintain legitimate security and business records. With your project-sharing permission, RebidCo may prepare a reviewed brief for approved contractors using the scope, general location, and original quoted amount. Contact details and the full address are excluded from that preview. Your identity and materials are not authorized for advertising by this permission.

Sharing and project communications

The required form consent authorizes RebidCo to share your name, email, phone, full project address, quoted amount, project description, and concerns with up to three RebidCo-approved contractor businesses for this project. RebidCo and those contractors may contact you about the project. This is not consent to unrelated marketing, automated marketing calls, or marketing texts. Contact us to stop RebidCo follow-up or an unfulfilled lead disclosure; contact an independent contractor directly to stop its communications.

Fees and service disclosures

Homeowners pay a one-time $95 upfront search fee for RebidCo to review the request and search for qualified local professionals who may beat the quoted price for comparable work. Payment is due before the search begins. The fee pays for the review and search effort and applies even if no lower bid or contractor match is found. No savings, match, minimum number of offers, or particular result is guaranteed.

The project form saves your details as Pending Payment. It does not charge a card. Review your request and complete the separate checkout, when available, to authorize the one-time $95 search fee. A paid-request email is sent to RebidCo after the payment provider confirms success. Unpaid or failed checkouts do not begin the search or trigger a paid-request email. Payment and applicable cancellation/refund terms are presented before payment. Email contact@rebidco.com before the review or search begins with cancellation or refund questions. The absence of a lower bid does not by itself make the search fee conditional on success. Nothing limits nonwaivable cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

Participating contractors pay RebidCo a project access fee of 1% of the homeowner’s original quoted amount, with a $95 minimum per contractor business. RebidCo has a financial interest in homeowner searches and contractor introductions. Contractor fees and lead conditions are agreed separately before a charge. Payment does not replace qualification requirements or guarantee a project, hire, savings, or better offer.

Contractor participation and willingness to accept a paid introduction can affect which qualified contractors are available. This website does not display a ranked contractor directory. An introduction is not a claim that a contractor is the best or cheapest choice.

Contractor qualification

Before receiving homeowner details, a contractor must be approved by RebidCo after checks of applicable licensing and insurance and agree to try to improve the existing estimate through price, scope, materials, or terms. These are participation requirements, not a guarantee of workmanship, future coverage, availability, or results. Homeowners should independently confirm current credentials, references, permits, and insurance before hiring.

Qualification does not guarantee background, financial condition, future license status, work quality, or the outcome of a construction dispute. Contractors may need a site visit before making a final offer.

Contractor accounts and project access

Project access is available only to invited contractors with verified accounts and RebidCo approval. Invitations are assigned to the invited email address, expire as shown, and do not themselves authorize access to homeowner contact details. Applicable licensing and insurance must remain current, business credentials must be accurate, and RebidCo may require re-verification. Accounts cannot be shared or used to evade the limit of three contractor businesses per project. Multiple accounts representing one business do not create additional purchase rights.

Review the brief and the exact fee before paying. A matching or lower bid is not required before purchase. By purchasing, you confirm a good-faith interest in offering a competitive alternative and agree to use contact information only to discuss this project. The access fee purchases a lead and permission to connect; it does not guarantee a homeowner response, appointment, estimate, job, savings, or exclusivity. Up to three approved contractor businesses may receive the same opportunity. Do not sell, redistribute, scrape, or use homeowner details for unrelated marketing.

Access is granted after confirmed payment and qualification checks. Unpaid opportunities leave New Opportunities after three businesses receive access, or when an invitation is closed or expires. Purchased projects remain in Purchased Projects, subject to payment status, qualification, and applicable privacy requirements. Failed or unpaid orders do not unlock contact information. Refunded or disputed payments may suspend access. Once contact information has been disclosed to three businesses, a refund does not authorize selling it to a fourth. Contact RebidCo promptly about an incorrect charge, unavailable access, or a materially inaccurate lead. Applicable cancellation and refund terms must be supplied before payment; nonwaivable rights remain unchanged.

Accounts, messages, and preliminary offers

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details private. Verify your email before accessing private project information. Notify RebidCo promptly about unauthorized account use. You are responsible for accurate business and project information and for lawful communications through your account.

Each homeowner–contractor conversation is separate. Authorized RebidCo administrators may review messages for support, reports, security, and enforcement. This is not an end-to-end encrypted or confidential professional-advice service. Do not include payment card details, passwords, access codes, or unrelated sensitive information. Message notifications may be emailed; recipients can turn these notifications off in their account.

Preliminary offers are informational and may require a site visit and confirmation of scope, quantities, materials, exclusions, schedule, and property conditions. A platform message or price entry does not itself authorize work or replace a written construction agreement. Report abuse and block platform conversations when needed. Blocking messages or closing a project cannot recall information already received or prevent every off-platform contact.

RebidCo may pause accounts, conversations, or project purchases for suspected misuse, expired qualifications, payment issues, or privacy requests. Contact contact@rebidco.com for review or assistance. Closing a project stops future purchases; it does not erase required records or information previously disclosed.

Your construction decisions

Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their representations, estimates, staff, subcontractors, licenses, insurance, permits, taxes, performance, warranties, and agreements. RebidCo is not a party to your construction contract unless separately and expressly agreed in writing.

Compare complete written scope, quantities, materials, allowances, exclusions, schedule, payment milestones, deposits, changes, cancellation rights, warranties, and estimate expiration. A lower total may cover less work. Obtain a written contract and independently check credentials before hiring. You have no obligation to hire anyone through a RebidCo introduction.

Acceptable use

Do not submit spam, malware, unlawful content, unauthorized personal information, or material infringing others’ rights. Do not attack or overload the site, evade controls, access private submissions, or falsely imply affiliation with RebidCo. We may reject abusive or inappropriate requests. Our original website content and branding are protected by applicable law; ordinary personal use is permitted.

No guaranteed result

No savings, number of bids, match, response time, availability, financing, project completion, or workmanship is guaranteed. Contractors agree to try to improve an estimate, not to deliver a particular saving or offer. General information may be incomplete or outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the informational website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular project.

Responsibility and concerns

To the extent permitted by law, RebidCo is not responsible for independent contractors’ work or representations, external websites, or indirect and consequential losses arising from this informational website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or unlawful conduct, or restricts nonwaivable consumer rights. These terms do not impose arbitration, waive class actions, or restrict honest reviews.

Send concerns to contact@rebidco.com with relevant dates and details, without unnecessary sensitive attachments. We encourage informal resolution without limiting your right to contact regulators or seek a legal remedy. Applicable law and court jurisdiction are determined by mandatory legal rules. Do not use the form for emergencies.

Published testimonials must reflect authentic experiences, have permission for publication, and disclose material incentives or relationships. Individual experiences do not guarantee similar results.

Changes

Updates apply prospectively with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an existing request require any notice or consent required by law. A separate written agreement controls where it expressly modifies these terms for a specific service. Service disclosures are included in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
